The label of this cuvée is the result of the meeting of Karine and Nicolas Mirouze with an artist, Philippe Nivez. Their journey is made up of sharing which has enriched their winegrowing adventure.
 This wine comes from the warmest plots. The name means both the soil and the sun (in Occitan). It expresses the terrien, generous and solar side, while keeping a specific freshness characteristic of the domain. The painter was able to translate the wine into colours.

               

Grape varieties :

50% mourvèdre and 50% syrah

Vinification: De-stemming, indigenous yeasts, maceration for about ten days, gentle pumping over.

Tasting notes :

Spices and garrigue on the nose. On the palate, the wine shows good density and depth. A sappy side structures the whole with very elegant tannins.

Matured Charolais fillet Wellington style. Magret de canard du Sud-Ouest, crushed potatoes with ceps.
