Beautiful estate located in the cool part of the Corbières in Languedoc (Fontfroide massif).
Karine and Nicolas are trained as agronomists and are passionate about winegrowing, and they bring their estate to life in a unique way.
The result is a production that is sensitive to the environment, with lively and natural wines!
Spices and garrigue on the nose. On the palate, the wine shows good density and depth. The wine is structured by a sappy side with very elegant tannins.
We are in Bizanet, the "gateway to the Corbières and the Cathar country", at Château Beauregard Mirouze, which has been in the family since 1881! The wine estate is located in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park on the northern slopes of the Massif de Fontfroide.
In 2000, Karine and Nicolas took over the estate, restructured the vineyard, and now manage 25 hectares of vines in organic farming since 2010 and in biodynamic farming since 2018.
If each wine has its own personality, they all offer us greedy, generous, robust wines, enriched with the innumerable scents of the Mediterranean flora, always very accessible for the palate as well as for the wallet.
