Distillerie de Paris

Gin Hop & Barley

It is thanks to the determination of two passionate brothers, Sébastien and Nicolas, that the Paris Distillery was created, the first micro-distillery since the disappearance of the Parisian distilleries in the last century. A crowdfunding campaign and many trips to the prefecture will be necessary for Sébastien and Nicolas to finally offer their recipes for Gin, Rum and Brandy produced in Paris!

Genmaicha Yama combines green tea and roasted cereals to give it richness, intensity and a gourmet sensation. It is in this Japanese tradition that the idea for this original gin was born, which combines the vegetal of hops and the intensity of malted barley. The Distillerie de Paris has combined them with juniper, rare citrus fruits and spices in an elegant, chiseled and radically different gin.
