Château de Fauzan is situated on a high-altitude clay-limestone plateau within the La Livinière terroir.
For several years now, Jean-Philippe Bourrel has been producing approachable and reasonably priced wines with expressive fruit and a pleasant texture.
This wine undergoes a long carbonic maceration, followed by 16 months’ ageing in concrete vats before bottling.
