For this exceptional vintage, Drappier uses only the purest first press juices.
Grape varieties :
60% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and 10% pinot meunier.
Tasting notes:
This is a champagne that offers a nose of citrus, bread, hazelnut and almond notes. A touch of hazelnut indicates the presence of Chardonnay. A nice fruity signature is present on the second nose. On the palate, this is a champagne with a frank, very elegant and fine attack. The finish vibrates for several seconds on notes of candied citrus.
