Grape varieties:
34% chardonnay, 33% pinot meunier and 33% pinot noir.

Tasting:
The dress of a deep and deep gold is brilliant and studded with fine and regular bubbles. On the nose, it is an intense, concentrated and rich cuvée. This wine evokes dried fruits, citrus fruits and white fruits. After a few moments, rounder and more complex notes appear, inherited from aging in barrels, with a light touch of vanilla. In the mouth, it offers a very elegant, silky and creamy texture. On the palate, sensations of freshness and power mingle in great elegance. There are slightly toasted notes, characteristic of great champagnes aged in wood. The finish of this Brut Sous Bois stretches for long seconds on notes combining sweet spices and toasted aromas. Superb!
