This wine is obtained by a particular winemaking method, skin maceration. After manual harvesting, the wine is obtained without pressing, just by cold skin maceration of the berries then fermentation of the juice under marc. After these 15 days of maceration under pomace, the juice is poured and entered into oak barrels to complete its fermentation and to be aged there.

Grenache blanc, clairette blanc
Tasting Notes:
Very nice nose of candied citrus fruits, spicy freshness, dense substance with an almost tannic character, firm and deep. This original, long and complex wine is distinguished by its minerality and tension.
