Tasting Notes:

Beautiful bright intense garnet color with purple reflections. The nose is fresh and intense, on fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry) with spicy notes. The palate is clean and frank, energetic, with a lot of freshness. It is a salivating, crunchy, very fruity wine (basket of fresh red fruits), with young, supple and already very melted tannins.

Full-bodied and spicy red wine.

Grilled iberico pork pluma, sour cherry juice and piquillo puree. Lamb shank with black olives, grilled eggplant mille-feuille.
