Grapes:

30% syrah, 40% Black grenache, 25% cabernet sauvignon and 5% Tempranillo.
12-month ageing in stainless steel vats (1/3), wooden vats (1/3) and 500-litre (1/3) French oak barrels. Assembly at the end of breeding

Tasting notes:

Beautiful bright intense garnet dress with purple highlights. The nose is fon fresh red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, spicy and slightly vanilla notes, complex and intense nose. The mouth comes nette and frank, a lot of complexity, both on fruits and spices: blackberry, cherry, liquorice, vanilla while keeping a lot of freshness and glide. The tannins are supple and well melted. The mouth end is salivating and long. A wine marked by finesse, elegance and the expression of the granite terroir.

Lamb leg from the Cathar Country with straw and fresh oregano. Duck breast marinated in black tea, blackcurrant sauce.
