The wine grower and his estate
After studying viticulture and oenology in Anjou, and an internship in Bordeaux, Patrick Olivier moved with his father on a surface of 13 hectares of vines.
With philosophy to highlight its different soils.
The sands and gravels cover most of the plateau of Saint Nicolas.
The slopes of the appellation are completed with deep clay. On the other hand, on the hillsides of the Bourgueil appellation, one will find a lot of limestone rocks, stuffed with underground cellars in which one can make the breeding of the wines of Bourgueil in bottles.
