Chantal Piquet and Annick Tiburce in La Livinière.
Perched in its pine forest and backed by the first foothills of the Black Mountain, the Château de Gourgazaud is one of the precursors to the development of quality wines from the Minervois.
Mentioned on the maps from the 17th century, the Castle was restored in its present form in 1833. Its different terroirs offer a variety of varieties, including reds such as Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as whites such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Viognier.
