Between the coast and the Mediterranean garrigue, the Domaine les Yeuses à Mèze was founded in the 13th century by the Order of the Temples, on the site of an ancient Roman villa. Throughout the centuries, these buildings were used for hospitality, where the prime minister of Mèze followed the French Revolution, and where a winemaking cave was opened. The tire domains are the name of a forêt de chênes verts, called "yeuses".

Pale and bright colour, nose of citrus and exotic fruits. A beautiful wine, lively, fresh and light
No drop for the Yeuses domain which without much surprise offers us a classic viognier. At once floral with a beautiful roundness and a subtle finish on hazelnut.

The same Jean-Paul and Michel expressed their desire to work in the vineyard, just like him. Lucien Dardé also decided to sell the beautiful village that he exploited near Clermont l'Hérault to purchase a domaine with a unique cave.
In 1977, the chosen one was brought to the Domaine Les Yeuses, which needed beautiful work. Behind the brand is a revolution in quality materials: renovation of plantations, rehabilitation of habitation and exploitation buildings, and modernization of the cave. All these efforts were made thanks to a paid team, as well as technical and commercial partners, allowing the Domaine Les Yeuses to establish itself as one of the references of the Languedoc wines.
After 2005, the third generation is committed to poursuivre this project for more than 40 years. Sylvain, the sons of Jean-Paul, and Magali, the daughter of Michel, are all two invested in the service of Domaine Les Yeuses.
The vines, of a surface area of 80 hectares with a view of the sea, are planted on a single clay-limestone surface with light sand. The Mediterranean climate accompanies the raisin throughout the year, so that the proximity of the sea brings a welcome winemaker to the end of maturation, also preserving the fruity characteristics of coastal wines. Certain parcels are located in the municipality of Loupian, close to the Bassin de Thau, so another island is not found in the domain.
