Jean-Luc Matha produces marcillacs on a terraced vineyard estate in Bruéjouls in Aveyron. His wines are always deep. Low yields, indigenous yeasts and even the music give the wines their unmistakable personality.

Tasting Notes:
With a pretty garnet color, this wine develops notes of red fruits with fine tannins. Lots of hold and aromatic length for a delicious and rich wine. Traditionally drunk young, but it evolves and gives, with age, a more ripe wine with spicy notes.

Braised prime rib with vine shoots and Noirmoutier potatoes. Just seared free-range veal, onions, ginger and carrots.
