Tasting Notes:

A beautiful ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is primary with nice fruit on cherries and red berries. The fruit remains fair without any excess of maturity. The woody notes without being disturbing. The palate is fleshed out with a tight chew for the moment. The wine has a structure of firm tannin that still needs to blend. A beautiful acidity animates this mouth and gives it persistence. It is a young wine which is still a bit strict on the finish on the palate, which needs to age to soften a little on the finish.

Fine and racy red wine.

Risotto with white truffle from Alba. Veal chop with melting onions and truffle tagliatelle.
