Symbolised by an eagle, this Kentucky bourbon is produced in a distillery whose emblem is the buffalo: Eagle Rare is indeed produced in the stills of the famous Buffalo Trace distillery.
Aged 10 years, this version is very gourmand and presents notes of coconut, crème brûlée, dried apples and pears coated with spices.
Colour: Deep old gold
Nose: Wood fire. Dried pears and apples. Coconut.
Palate: Salted butter caramel, crème brûlée. Gingerbread.
Finish: Sweet and long.
