This wine offers an austere profile with exceptional freshness. A complex nose combines citrus and floral notes with a minerality typical of mica-schist soils. On the palate, this wine is silky, with fantastic acidity which makes it very firm. It is a light white wine that impresses with its balance and its aging potential. The finish is straight, dry and expressive.
