The grapes used to produce Redoma branco come from old vines rooted in the soils of the right bank of the Douro, at an altitude of between 500 and 600 meters.

Tasting Notes:

This wine offers an austere profile with exceptional freshness. A complex nose combines citrus and floral notes with a minerality typical of mica-schist soils. On the palate, this wine is silky, with fantastic acidity which makes it very firm. It is a light white wine that impresses with its balance and its aging potential. The finish is straight, dry and expressive.

Crispy sweetbread in spice breadcrumbs, passion fruit lime coulis. Risotto with seafood from Galicia.
