This is part of the Rotenberg area (the red hill, clay-limestone soil) which is vinified as an orange wine (white wine from pellicular maceration), so it is mainly white grapes which are macerated with their skins over a short period of time.
Only 700 bouterilles.

Tasting notes :
Amber colour. On the nose, sensations of spices and lemon zest. A dry and salivating wine with fine tannins on the finish which expresses itself with delicate notes of earl grey tea.

Lobster with coconut milk and butternut squash. Lamb sweetbreads with orange wine in a cassolette and turnip mousseline with roasted hazelnuts.
