Wine from one of Argentina's most exciting young winemakers. Matias Riccitelli makes a range of wines that challenge many of the preconceptions of the Mendoza region. Its wines are very fine.

This wine is vinified in small concrete eggs with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of any input at temperatures between 14 and 16 ° C for several weeks. Aging takes place in the same concrete eggs for eight months.

100% chardonnay.

Tasting Notes:

This chardonnay is pure, mineral, classic of a cold climate (influence of the altitude on this Andes terroir), with a very nice freshness, a floral and herbaceous wine.

Wine style:

Aromatic and tasty white wine.

Food and wine :

Saint-Pierre braised with citrus fruits. Monkfish tail larded with acorn-fed, crushed pear with walnuts.
