Champagne Grand cru AOC

Aurélien Suenen left the basketball courts of Châlons-en-Champagne to find the chalk of the family vines of the Côte des Blancs in 2009. Following his father, the young man took his marks by gradually changing the cultivation methods (abandonment herbicides and insecticides from 2012) and by restructuring the vineyard, made up of 3 hectares in Oiry, Cramant and Chouilly for chardonnays, and an islet of 20 ares planted with millers, in the valley of the Vesle. Intuition leads the winegrower to blend plots in his non-vintage vintages such as Oiry (vines at the bottom of the slopes)
