The robe is intense ruby red with purple shards. The nose is typically fruity and marked by black berries and slightly cherry and plum with spicy and balsamic notes. The mouth has a perfect balance between sweetness, freshness and minerality with notes of toasted almonds.

Veal loin with Calabrian pepper. Red fruit deer and chestnut puree.
