Roc d'Anglade (red)

Charismatic wine.
Rather rare finesse of tannins in these latitudes. Delicacy, refinement and harmony characterize this cuvée with an airy and subtly velvety finish. The balance is superb and its thirst-quenching character well asserted.

Roc d'Anglade

Vin de Pays du Gard IGP

France - Languedoc

Rémy Pédréno is a demanding, idealistic winegrower, who cultivates 9 hectares of vines around the village of Langlade. This sparkling-eyed man from Nîmes created this estate in 1999, which in 20 years has become one of the best in the region. This estate has the particularity of having its vines exposed to the north, which guarantees the wines a very great freshness.
The style is original, tending towards a search for freshness and elegance. All the cuvées are worth the detour, and provoke emotion in the amateur. The wines go through time without wavering, revealing fine and complex wines. The aging in lightning has improved the quality of the wines and the vineyard is kept impeccable. Domaine de Roc d'Anglade produces Pays du Gard wines worthy of the best PDOs, and increasingly popular with amateurs. A sure bet.

Grape varieties:
50% carignan, 25% mourvèdre, 25% grenache noir-syrah-cinsault.

Tasting Notes:

The color is light ruby, sparkling. The nose presents fragrant aromas of strawberry, cinnamon and hints of violet of great distinction. This very energetic wine immediately evokes juicy cherry flesh. The tannic structure is very light, with a tangy side on the finish. The balance is superb and its thirst-quenching character well asserted. Here is the Roc d'Anglade style, finesse and purity, the secret of the house that will undoubtedly make it through the next few years without any problem.
