Tasting notes:
The colour is an intense purple. On the nose, it is a riot of aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant buds), garrigue (thyme, rosemary, rockrose) with a fresh, mentholated note.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and precise, with flavours of blackcurrant buds, peppermint, garrigue and pepper.
Les Armières is a wine with firm acidity, whose tannins have been refined in concrete vats for 24 months.
The texture is fine and silky, with a long, elegant finish.

The other vintages of:
Pierre Quinonero, from the Garance estate, is one of the best winemakers in Languedoc.
First vintage bottled in the estate: 1998. Since then, Pierre Quinonero has been learning his terroir (only 6.5 hectares) and experimenting with his methods of vinification slowly and gradually.

Located at altitude (400 m), the estate enjoys a very beautiful terroir, very diverse also: basalt, limestone, rolled pebbles ... among others.
