Mille Ciels refers to a part of the vineyard, perched on a limestone plateau, and under a constantly changing sky, from which the Pyrenean chain is visible. A wine from the "Electron Libre" series; it is a spontaneous, free-thinking wine.

Grape varieties:
100% terret gris.
Planted in 1905, with Terret Gris and a few other grape varieties, on limestone at an altitude of 150-200 m.
Aged in glass bottles for 9 months.
Tasting notes :
Rather light colour with green highlights. On the nose, notes of citrus fruit, brioche and white flowers that continue on the palate, completed by minerality and freshness. Long and very elegant finish.
