The Don Chisciotte estate is located in the Irpinia region of Campania, east of Naples. The estate is one of the very first wineries in southern Italy to convert to organic farming since 1990.

The dress is golden yellow. The nose expresses a beautiful complexity with fruity, floral and delicate aromatic notes. On the palate, it is structured, elegant and fruity, with good freshness. very good aging potential. Splendid gastronomic wine.
