The Domaine du Clos Centeilles is located at the foot of the Montagne Noire on the Minervois appellation La Livinière on clay-limestone soils and sandstone with the particularity of cultivating the vines in the lyre lead in sustainable agriculture.

Faithful to her ideas Patricia Boyer Domergue offers cuvées expressing the best expression of her terroir.
