Judith Beck, a talented winemaker, like an architect, has created a little treasure combining a careful presentation for a wine with balance and fluidity, precise fruit, vibrant, soft curves. The vineyard is driven biodynamically.

   Grapes:
80% of Zweigelt adds 20% of Saint Laurent. The vines grow in plots around the villages of Gols and Pamhagen, at the northern and southern ends of the Neusiedler See. The fermentation is done spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, aging in barrels used for 8 months

    Tasting notes:
Crunchy is the word, and a refreshing acidity with coated tannins. It is the wine of thirst par excellence.
Wine of today and tomorrow, symbol of modernity, it is surprising.
