The La Jalousie cuvée is harvested at the stage where the grapes are pale yellow and crunchy. They give wines with aromas of fresh fruit. In the cellar, very few interventions, respecting the local grapes: this wine stays in vats for 12 months on fine lees sheltered from oxygen. It thus keeps its fruit and freshness. It's a "conversation" wine.

Tasting notes:

Very fruity in its youth, the nose of this Savennières exudes a bouquet of lime and citrus, with the touch of minerality. Expressive and vibrant material with saline elongation, in this straight, tight white, whose ripe sap will continue to soften over time.

Complex and mineral white wine.

Food and wine pairing :

Pan-fried scallops with bacon, Brive purple mustard sauce. Line bar tagine and crunchy vegetables.
