The Domaine de la Rectorie is a family property now run by Marc and Thierry Parcé, a true jewel of the Roussillon in the AOC Banyuls and AOC Collioures appellations.

      Tasting notes:
Its deep red colour reveals a nose of candied red fruits and spices. The mouth is powerful, greedy and ends on a long finish. Very nice balance for this Vin Doux Naturel.

Vin doux naturel rouge.

Chocolate cake with a melting heart and fresh raspberries on a fine bed of cocoa. Wild boar leg, full-bodied cocoa sauce and sweet potato mousseline.
