The southernmost vineyards in the appellation developed special cellar, located 8 km from Tournon, at the mouth of the Isere and the Rhone, on the 45th parallel.
On clay-limestone of Middle Jurassic origin.
One of the few Saint Joseph from a limestone soil.

Laurent and Dominique Courbis operate vineyards on steep slopes, in St. Joseph and Cornas appellation in the Cotes du Rhone.
The wines are elegant and delicate while developing some power.

      Grapes:
Marsanne and Roussanne 97% 3%
The vines are exposed east-southeast, on slopes on steep slopes.

Aged in barrels: oak barrels (1/3), 1-3 wine barrels (2/3).
New barrels: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Assembly, bottling after 10 to 12 months of breeding.
