It is thanks to the determination of two passionate brothers, Sébastien and Nicolas, that the Paris Distillery was created, the first micro-distillery since the disappearance of the Parisian distilleries in the last century. A crowdfunding campaign and many trips to the prefecture will be necessary for Sébastien and Nicolas to finally offer their recipes for Gin, Rum and Brandy produced in Paris!

The Gin 75 Batch # 1 is made with classic gin from the Distillerie de Paris. It’s done in the style of a London Dry.

Concentrated and powerful, the nose is expressive and lively, it reveals notes of citrus, coriander and jasmine. The palate, vibrant, has a fat texture. The finish is fresh, long and very aromatic (lavender, dried flowers).
