Tasting Notes :
Golden yellow in color with yellow highlights, this wine presents a very intense and complex nose,
with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, beeswax, honey, and candied citrus.
On the nose, the terroir expresses itself through notes of flint, nutmeg, and saffron.
The balance is exceptional, with both beautiful power and remarkable acidity, giving it great concentration and freshness.
The finish is very long, with citrus mingling with spicy notes.
Food Pairing :
Monkfish curry with saffron. Porcini mushroom risotto with parsley juice and 30-month aged Parmesan.

In the heart of high-altitude vineyards (900 meters), these old Grenache Blanc vines are cultivated on the schist soils of the high hills of Aragón.
Naturally low yields, combined with a completely unspoiled environment
and a climate perfectly suited to viticulture, provide exceptionally high-quality raw materials.
Chemical-free vineyard cultivation, manual harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts,
and the use of very small quantities of sulfur are the principles that govern the production of these wines, in a "natural" spirit, ever closer to the terroir.
