Sparkling sakes, still quite rare until now, are becoming a real phenomenon in Japan. Fresh, light and refreshing, they have rejuvenated and revitalized the image of sake in the land of tradition.
Ideal for festive evenings, this sake is best consumed chilled in a flûte or wine glass, as an aperitif, at the table... or in a cocktail.
It's refreshing, ideal for summer sipping at the beginning of a meal.
Don't imagine you are tasting a champagne, it is a totally different product, a must try.
Type of rice: Hakutsuru nishiki.
This sake won a platinum medal at the French Kura Master sake competition.
