Plot of 0.70 ha of Mourvèdre (35 years old) at a place called Mas de Goulou
First mourvèdre replanted in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Fos.
East-facing clay-limestone soil. The plot is made up of 3 very distinct areas: a first area composed of clay-limestone with rolled pebbles, the center of the plot benefiting from a deep water vein and a last very poor part with an outcropping mother rock. . This set gives balance to the wine.

100% mourvèdre.
Tasting Notes:
Beautiful garnet color. The nose is of remarkable finesse and complexity. The palate is full-bodied, round, fine and elegant. Nice finish on black fruits, tobacco and mocha.

Deep and complex red wine.

Duck breast with blood orange, eggplant and parmesan. Pheasant supreme, brown butter, pistachios and glazed parsnips.
