The vineyard plots on clay-limestone soils surround the village of Gabian on the road leading to Faugères. They are managed according to biodynamic principles.

Tasting notes:
The colour is a beautiful deep ruby. The nose is extremely fine, with iris, peony, blackberries and white pepper. The palate has a perfect balance between fruit, alcohol, tannin and mineral freshness.
