Laurent and Cylia Pratx are the perfect example of the last generation of Rousslllon winemakers inspired by the diversity of local grape varieties and the richness of black shale and pebble soils.
They multiply the cuvées whose thread remains the gluttony and velvety.

Black Grenache.

     Tasting notes:
Dark dress, purple nose.
Aromas of black cherry, cocoa, violet.
Ample but fresh. Delicate final.

     Wine style:
Sweet red wine very fruity.

Chocolate pie.
Fig tart and pomegranate granita.
