Tasting Notes:

The color is dark ruby ​​purple. The nose is very young, with lots of fruit, black and red berries, slightly vegetal. On the palate, this vintage is elegant, fruity, solid without being harsh, voluptuous, with balanced tannins. Very long and complex.
Magnificent today, great in 10 to 30 years!

Deer stew with black fruits. Long matured Leicestershire Blue Stilton, celery leaf and oat crackers.
