A perfect blend of grapes from the Capelinhos area on the island of Faial and the "lajidos" of Criação Velha on the island of Pico.

Fermented and aged in cement tanks with a 4 month phase in French oak barrels without burning.

This island wine is carried by the Atlantic sea spray. Notes of green apple and lemon are expressed in a crystalline, delicate, vibrant palate with intense minerality, where notes of gunpowder are evident. Great complexity!
