Grown on vines that are on average more than 50 years old in this quinta in the central district of Cima Corgo du Douro. La Quinta da Gricha has a microclimate and a special terroir that produces wines of great elegance with excellent natural acidity and a real purity of the fruit.

Grapes:

Touriga nacional, touriga franca, tempranillo (tinta roriz), tinta francisca et tinta c-o.

Tasting notes:

This wine has an exotic floral fragrance. "Brilliant and fleshy nose of black cherry and plum with violets, tobacco leaves and mint. Persuasive and fruity with dense and spicy berries, cocoa notes, supple tannins and enticing acidity. Concentrated, with a mixture of anise and berry flavours, dried berries and cherries. The volume of the wine makes it juicy and massive, both with blueberry flavors and equally "black" shale tannins.
