Sake

Rice of the Yamadanishiki variety whose grains have been polished up to 60%, very pure water and koji (mushroom producing a natural enzyme).
The quality of the rice as well as the water used are two very important and essential elements in the design of sake, which is why the Kizukura Fushimigura brewery pays particular attention to it, so that consumers can appreciate the qualities and flavors of a traditional sake.
