Albert Jané, owner of this estate, is already well known for his great “Acústic” wines (in the Montsant appellation). The wines he makes are only made from Catalan grape varieties typical of his region.
Vinification:
Manual harvest, indigenous yeast. 80% of the wine is fermented in stainless steel vats. 20% in French barrels of 300 and 400 liters.
Aging: In the same containers on the lees. Unfinished, unfiltered wine.

The dress is golden yellow. The nose is floral and spicy at the same time, with notes of Mediterranean herbs, almond blossom and marzipan. The palate is solid, with a light touch of alcohol, well enveloped in the structure. Beautiful acid structure. Long finish.
