The power and complexity of this wine make it a remarkable meditation wine!A historic winery founded at the end of the 19th century in Cabras on the west coast, not far from the town of Oristano. The Contini estate produces wines exclusively from indigenous grape varieties from Sardinia.

It ages for over 20 years in oak and chestnut barrels, in which the indomitable soul and the inimitable taste of this wine emerge thanks to the yeasts of the "flower" (veil). It is a sailing wine, resulting from a process similar to the yellow wine of Jura or the Jerez of Andalusia.

 Tasting Notes:

The color is golden yellow with amber reflections. The nose is powerful, broad and persistent, with notes of toasted hazelnuts and almond blossoms. The palate is dry, warm and complex; excellent structure, persistent finish with a characteristic almond taste. The power and complexity of this wine make it a remarkable meditation wine. Great cultured wine!
