Tasting Notes:
The color is a beautiful ruby, quite pale. The nose is of medium intensity with aromas of flowers, violet, fresh fruit, red cherry, plum, some notes of spices. On the palate it is dry with high acidity, powerful tannins, medium body, with pronounced flavors of cherry and spices. Very nice long finish.

Grilled free-range pork ribs with vine shoots, sour cherry sauce. Veal fondant with truffles, avocado meringue and vegetable tian.
