We are here on a volcanic terroir in a very particular place on a small terraced vineyard with a majority of centenary vines in one piece, wedged between the Bosco degli Astroni, which is a natural park where the Neapolitan nobility used to hunt in the past, and the... periphery of Naples!
Another peculiarity is that the winegrower has a second activity which is the slaughter of rabbits with a laboratory adjacent to the cellar. Once you know all this, doubts may arise, but that's where the divine surprise comes in: the wines are of incredible character, complexity and finesse.
Truly enough to astonish even the most discriminating palate.

80% falanghina, 20% catalanesca, biancolella capretone, moscato napoletano

Tasting notes :

Deep colour with golden reflections, surprisingly fresh nose with saline notes and a multitude of aromas with volcanic and maritime accents at the same time. On the palate there is character with a beautiful minerality, a little rustic but so authentic and expressive that one quickly forgets a slight lack of finesse. Southern white wine, sincere and frank.
