Aldo Vajra has a particular predilection for dolcetto, the charm of which he knows how to perfectly express: the aromas of stone fruit and the slightly balsamic spicy notes are superb. The palate is a model of Piedmontese expression, with a ripe grain, wonderfully savory, very tactile. A great simple pleasure!
