Mezcal artesanal joven
Mexique
The Sánchez distillery is a small family business established for over 150 years in Candelaria Yegolé, a small village in the state of Tahona. The maestro mezcaleros Sanchez have passed from father to son for four generations.
Espadín agave is the most used in the production of mezcal in Oaxaca. It is considered the ancestor of Sisal and blue agave, used for the production of tequila. The Espadín agave is a cultivated species and not a wild one, which is why it is the most used for mezcal.
Smoky and spicy mezcal: the nose is marked by lemon, guava, pineapple, smoke, fresh tobacco and vanilla. The palate begins with candied orange then spins on smoky, black pepper, fresh grass and peach. The finish is subtle and spicy.
An artisanal mezcal with very nice complexity!
