Located in the heart of the Dentelles, 500 m above sea level in the name Beaumes-de-Venise, Domaine Saint Amant has a unique terroir of small plotsof 13 hectares in the hills steep, exposed to the south and is swept by the mistral, on soils of marl and limestone of the Triassic, poor, dry and not conducive to disease or parasites.
Culture is artisanal methods and rigorous work.
The grapes are harvested by hand, the vinification and aging in temperature-controlled vats, stainless steel or French oak. The winery, built in 1995, is buried and heated.
Grapes:
Grenache aged 35 to 80 years, syrah over 30 years old Carignan and even some Viogniers are vinified together in large oak casks for over 15 years.
