Situé au cœur des Dentelles de Montmirail, à Suzette dans le Vaucluse, le Domaine Saint-Amant est une référence incontournable des vins de la Vallée du Rhône méridionale. Ce domaine viticole familial, fondé en 1995, se distingue par son vignoble d’altitude unique et par la finesse de ses vins.
Le Domaine Saint-Amant s’étend sur 13 hectares de vignes cultivées en terrasses, entre 400 et 600 mètres d’altitude. Cette situation rare dans le Rhône sud permet de produire des vins frais et élégants, loin des profils souvent puissants de la région. Les sols calcaires, l’exposition ensoleillée et l’influence du mistral créent un terroir idéal pour l’élaboration de vins de caractère, équilibrés et aromatiques.
Le domaine produit une large gamme de vins de la Vallée du Rhône en appellations Côtes-du-Rhône, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Beaumes-de-Venise. Rouges, blancs et rosés sont élaborés à partir de cépages typiques comme le Grenache, la Syrah, le Viognier ou la Roussanne.
