Presentation :
Located in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, at an altitude of 500 metres, within the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation, Domaine Saint Amant benefits from an unrivalled terroir comprising 13 hectares of small plots on steep, south-east-facing slopes swept by the mistral, on poor, dry Triassic marl and limestone soils that are resistant to disease and pests.
Cultivation is traditional and working methods are rigorous.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification and ageing take place in temperature-controlled vats, made of stainless steel or French oak.
The cellar, built in 1995, is underground and climate-controlled.
