Underlying minerality in the mouth but balanced with acidity and fruit. All this is concentrated around the fruity, structured and acidic taste, with a nice saline finish.
Fresh, vibrant and precise on the palate, with red plum and tart cherry notes supported by racy acidity and fine tannins.Lovely pine resin finish.
Beeswax on the nose with liquid honey (although this is a dry wine) and a real tannic sensation on the palate. A very tense wine offering a lot of greediness, reminiscent of candied lemon. What intensity!
