Tasting Notes :
The color offers a medium deep ruby hue.
The nose evokes the cherry then the spices, the fruit well melted in a nice woody note which brings a surplus of complexity.
The mouth is cut in half-body in a very fine and savory velvety.
The tannins are quite elegant and the mineral chalky finish.

Doe stew with chestnuts and carrots cooked in a broth of sweet spices.
